Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Mr. Levy's direct ownership includes vested options exercisable to purchase 1,250,000 shares of common stock.
(2)	Redwood Fund LP ("Redwood") is the direct beneficial owner of 3,031,810 shares of common stock of the Issuer. Ladyface Capital, LLC ("Ladyface") is the General Partner of Redwood. Mr. Ron Levy is a beneficial owner of KOL Partners, LLC ("KOL"), the managing member of Ladyface, and may be deemed to have voting and investment power over the shares beneficially owned by Redwood. As of June 7, 2021 (the date Mr. Levy received the gift of 550,000 shares), Imperial Strategies, LLC ("Imperial") was the direct beneficial owner of 2,988,346 shares of common stock of the Issuer. Ron Levy is the beneficial owner of KOL, a member of Imperial with a majority ownership interest, and he may be deemed to have voting and investment power over the shares beneficially owned by Imperial. Shares of common stock that may be deemed indirectly beneficially owned by Mr. Levy are not included in the 1,800,000 shares directly beneficially owned by Mr. Levy identified in column 5.
