PARIS--Credit Agricole SA (ACA.FR), France's second-largest listed bank by assets, said Wednesday it agreed to sell its Albanian unit to the local unit of NCH Capital Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

The French bank said the sale won't have any significant impact on its solvency ratios.

Over the past few years, Credit Agricole has sold assets in several Central, Eastern and Southern European countries as it redeploys its activities.
