Conforce International Appoints Alexander P. Haig to Board of Directors

Conforce International, Inc. (“Conforce” or “Company”) (OTCBB:
CFRI) today announced that Alexander P. Haig has joined its Board
of Directors. This appointment increases the total number of
Directors at Conforce to three. Mr. Haig will serve on the
Company’s compensation committee. The Company expects to announce
additional Board appointments in the coming weeks.
Mr. Haig brings over 20 years of executive management and legal
experience to the Board, including advisory positions in the
shipping container industry. Since 1988, Mr. Haig has served as the
managing director of Worldwide Associates, Inc., a strategic
advisory and consulting firm working with both multi-national
conglomerates and companies involved in the development of advanced
technologies. Mr. Haig has advised on a wide variety of projects
for Worldwide Associates with particular emphasis on aerospace,
pharmaceutical, technology, and shipping companies, including
America Online, Inc. and China Ocean Shipping Corporation
(COSCO).
From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Haig served as Chairman and CEO of Sky
Station International, Inc., a privately held telecommunications
company. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Haig also served as president of
US-CIS Ventures, a privately-held company active in transactions
and projects in China and the former Soviet Union.
Previously a partner in a large private law firm (1982-1988),
Mr. Haig’s practice focused on corporate law and international
trade. He received his undergraduate (1974) and law (1977) degrees
from Georgetown University. Mr. Haig was formerly Chairman of the
Board of DOR BioPharma, Inc. (2005-2006); currently serves as a
director of Dharma Therapeutics, Inc.; Transcu Pte. Ltd.; XVionics,
Inc.; and is currently on the Board of Advisors of SaviMedia, Inc.;
and Universal Power, Inc.
With regard to Mr. Haig’s appointment to the Conforce Board, Mr.
