Leading Information Management Solutions Provider in Europe to Integrate ComSynTech's Proprietary Archiving Technology with Information Management Solutions Communication Synergy Technologies, Inc. (OTCPK:CSYT) (ComSynTech), a developer of radiology information management systems and document preservation technology, announced today that it has agreed to license its proprietary CDV Document Vault to Genus Corporation of Warwickshire, UK. Genus will incorporate the Document Vault archiving solution with DocFinity, an electronic document management & workflow solution based on the award-winning software from Optical Image Technology, Inc. Genus provides document management solutions for over 5,000 customers in 60 countries with services that include document scanning, microfilming, deep document storage, film scanning and digital archiving. Genus and its related companies are worldwide distributors of DocFinity. Combined, the companies' software introduces a preservation and archiving technology into a globally used document management suite that completely eliminates dependency on originating hardware and software for archived documents. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
