China Finance Inc. Seeks NYSE Alternext US listing

NEW YORK and SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 3 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/
-- China Finance, Inc. (OTC:CHFI) (BULLETIN BOARD: CHFI) (the
"Company"), a provider of financial support and services for
China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium
enterprises ("SMEs"), announced today that it has submitted
exchange listing application materials to the NYSE Alternext US
(formerly known as The American Stock Exchange) for the listing of
the Company's common stock. The Company is currently quoted on the
over-the-counter bulletin board. The Company's application for
listing of the Company's common stock on the NYSE Alternext US is
subject to review and approval by the exchange and may require
substantial time and further application materials before any
approval may be effective. Further, the NYSE Alternext US may not
approve the Company's request for listing on the exchange. Ms. Ann
Yu, CEO of the Company, stated, "We view the possibility of being
listed on the NYSE Alternext US as an opportunity for the Company
