Receives Contract and Related Notice to Proceed for Hill Building

FL--(Marketwired - June 23, 2014) - CES
Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX)
announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc.
(CES), has received a contract and related notice to proceed to
provide demolition services as a subcontractor to Walbridge
Aldinger Company. The subcontract work will be completed at
the Hill Building Envelope Renovation in Tampa, Florida.
CES will perform the selective demolition of interior and
exterior components. The scope of work includes the salvage
and restoration of certain components for re-incorporation into the
structure which will be renovated by other contractors.
