Item 8.01 Other Events

Registrant has determined that during 2018 it incorrectly indicated on several FINRA filings that dividends paid by the Registrant were “Non-Qualified” for Federal income tax purposes. As a result, one or more broker-dealers issued 1099’s classifying the Registrant’s dividends as Non-Qualified. Registrant’s dividends are Qualified for Federal income tax purposes. Registrant has requested that broker-dealers issue corrected 1099’s for 2018, where necessary.
