SALT LAKE CITY, UT announces the appointment of J. Michael Heil as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Heil comes with an in-depth communications background and successful track record in all of the business segments that are a part of Superwire's target market and strategy. His 25-year career has involved cutting-edge technology deployment in satellite and cable broadcasting, Pay-Per-View and wireless communications in the video industry.

Mr. Heil has specialized in taking existing technology, modernizing it, and transforming it into a highly profitable enterprise, based on multi-user, re-occurring user revenue models. To this end he has specialized in significantly reducing the up-front cost of the technology deployment and optimizing the efficiency of use by end users. This has offered viability to provide a profitable service to lower room volume target configurations, opening the door to a larger customer domain. In recent years, he has pioneered technology and deployment strategies that promise the high volume capture of the ad-insertion business in cable TV to universities, the hospitality industry and retirement communities.

Mr. Heil's positions have included senior operational and executive levels with a large Fortune 500 company and many companies of his ownership. He was Director of Operations for COMSAT; a satellite-based Communications Company in Washington, DC, where he successfully ran the largest Hotel Pay-Per-View Company in the country. He also founded and built the nation's third largest system after acquiring 225,000 equipped hotel rooms from ONCOMMAND Video in 1994. He more recently acquired and financed a 27-system cable franchise business and is the creator of the technology which houses our core business plan.
