BrewBilt Brewing Company (the “Company”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company needs additional time to complete the compilation of information for its financial statements and related disclosures.
