BrewBilt Brewing Company (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2024 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company needs additional time to complete the compilation of information for its financial statements and related disclosures.
