ROYAL OAK, Mich., Oct. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Bonal
International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) announced a dividend of
$0.08 a share. The dividend
comes from previously retained earnings. This is the ninth
dividend paid by Bonal International in the last seven consecutive
fiscal years. The dividend is payable on November 11, 2011 to shareholders of record as of
the close of business on October 14,
2011.
"The Board of Directors feels that Bonal continues to be in a
strong position, building on the success of last fiscal year.
We have seen a big boost from our new foreign sales

The $0.08 a share dividend is the
largest single dividend Bonal International, Inc. has paid.
Combined with the dividend paid April
15, 2011, this will be the largest total dividend paid by
Bonal in one fiscal year.
In the future, the Bonal International Board of Directors will
continue to evaluate the company's dividend policy on a yearly
basis.
