dismissed its lawsuit against former President, Waylan Johnson.
President of Aztec Oil & Gas, Inc., Jeremy G. Driver, stated, "After conducting
internal reviews, we find that dropping the lawsuit and ending the
litigation with Mr. Johnson, his former CFO, and his companies is
the best course of action for all parties involved."
