AVEW Holdings Inc. to Incorporate New Real Estate Development Division

(OTC Pink: AVEW) (PINKSHEETS: AVEW) today announced the establishment of a new business division: AVEW Holdings Real Estate Development. This new division will operate under our wholly owned subsidiary: AVEW Custom Builders, where Tarragon Home LLC currently resides. Mr. Chris Wood will be the interim C.O.O. of AVEW Holdings Real Estate Development.

Mr. Jose Chavez, CEO of AVEW commented, "AVEW Holdings Real Estate Development are longer term contracts with projects taking an average 24 to 48 months to complete. The plan is to access external financing structures which have already been offered to AVEW." Jose continued, "We are happy to report Tarragon Homes and AVEW Custom Builders have received numerous proposals to participate in new home construction and multimillion-dollar residential/commercial developments in Houston, Corsicana and Cedar Park Texas areas. Tarragon Homes and AVEW Custom Builders are poised to surpass $4,000,000 in revenues for 2015. However, any new projects would run 2015 revenues beyond the $6,000,000 dollar range."
