Apple Rush Co., Inc. (PINKSHEETS: APRU) announced that it has received more reorders for its Blueberry, Black Cherry, Pomegranate and Original Apple sparkling 100% organic juices from all of its current accounts. Apple Rush is now gearing up to accommodate the growing demand for these products. "We have purposely avoided the other regions that have shown great interest in these tasty 100% organic juices. Currently, we are simply unable to meet the demand, with over 3,000 cases on back order, from our other retail and wholesale customers, who are demanding more products. We have asked all customers to be patient. We also ask all consumers to be patient. The backlog is substantial, and does not even nearly reflect the true demand, since we are avoiding new orders, and we are avoiding taking on new customers. But, I would rather turn them away than to disappoint them. However, we have now been approached by four different funding organizations who are desirous and capable of financing our production to meet the growing demand for Apple Rush's tasty 100% organic/100% juice beverages, without refined cane sugars or high fructose," stated Robert Corr, President of Apple Rush Co.

As an alternative option, the Company is exploring sublicensing arrangements. We have approached regional bottlers that are authorized to produce Certified Organic beverages with a sublicense agreement that would allow the Apple Rush organic beverages to have a relatively unlimited supply by region. The Company is planning to grant up to seven regional sublicenses within the United States. Additional sublicenses would be offered off shore, in the Caribbean Islands and in other areas of the world. We are hopeful that while the profits on these arrangements are less, they may be substantial enough to enable Apple Rush to meet the demand and enable Apple Rush to eventually be financially self-sufficient to fund future production without third-party financing.
