Voyager to List on the Canadian Securities Exchange

Voyager Digital (Canada) Ltd. (“Voyager” or the “Company”) advises that its shares will cease trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as of the close of trading today, September 20, 2019, and will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) at the open on Monday, September 23, 2019.

Voyager will continue to trade under the symbol “VYGR”.
