Voyager Digital (Canada) Ltd. (“Voyager”) (TSXV: VYGR; Pink Sheets: VYGVF), today announced that the Company’s shares are trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol UCD2 (ISIN:CA92917M1005 WKN:A2PD6T)

Voyager is now listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the OTC Pink Sheets and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With this additional listing on one of the world’s largest stock exchanges by market capitalization, Voyager expands its investor base to European investors.
