("Valeura" or the "Corporation") has completed its previously announced public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $14,950,000.  The shares were sold through a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc. and includes National Bank Financial Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., FirstEnergy Capital Corp., and Jennings Capital Inc. Valeura intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the Corporation's capital program, including continued field development and exploration operations in the Republic of Turkey and for general corporate purposes.
