Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. Removed
from S&P/TSX Venture Indices
TORONTO, Feb. 4, 2016 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian
Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX
Canadian Indices:
The Arrangement Agreement between Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada
Inc. (TSXVN:TRX) and POZEN Inc. (NASDAQ:POZN) has been successfully
completed. Tribute Pharmaceuticals shareholders will receive 0.1455
shares of a new Canadian-domicile merged entity to be named Aralez
Pharmaceuticals Inc. for each share held. Aralez Pharmaceuticals
will be listed on TSX and NASDAQ. The shares of Tribute
Pharmaceuticals will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Select
and Venture Composite Indices after the close of trading on
Friday, February 5, 2016.
