CALGARY, June 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Target Capital Inc. (TSX-V: TCI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared the quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share for shareholders of record as at June 20, 2014. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 30, 2014. The entire amount of this taxable dividend will be designed an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
