STORAGEVAULT CANADA INC. ("StorageVault") (TSX VENTURE:SVI) -StorageVault is
pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to manage, on behalf of
Conundrum Management Corporation, its portfolio of six self storage properties
located in the province Ontario.


About the Management Agreement

During the five year term of the agreement, and any renewal, StorageVault will
receive an annual management fee, payable monthly, in the amount of 5% of gross
revenue plus an additional monthly amount as a contribution towards general
administrative expenses. The managed facilities are situated in Kanata,
Kitchener, Brampton, Uxbridge, and two in Peterborough.


StorageVault Canada Inc.

StorageVault currently owns and operates Trans Can Mini-Stor in Regina, Kenaston
Self Storage in Winnipeg, B&B Self Storage in Cambridge and Canadian PUPS in
Saskatoon. Both Trans Can Mini-Stor and Kenaston Self Storage are fixed unit
storage facilities operating in conjunction with high margin Canadian PUPS
portable storage franchises at each location. StorageVault operates Canadian
PUPS in Saskatoon as a stand-alone portable storage franchise. StorageVault
intends to add a PUPS portable storage franchise at its B&B Self Storage
facility, and to continue to grow its business through the acquisition of
additional self-storage properties and organically as master franchisee through
the development of Canadian PUPS portable storage facilities in Canada. The
common shares of StorageVault are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
