Liberia, Africa from Africa West Minerals Corp. ("Africa West").

Option, the Company will provide to Africa West the following
consideration:

Agreement; and
o CDN$10,000 on that date which is the first business day after the
date on which the Company receives final Exchange approval for
completion of the QT (the "Approval Date").

o 100,000 shares on the Approval Date;
o 150,000 shares on the first anniversary of the Approval Date;
o 200,000 shares on the second anniversary of the Approval Date; and
o 550,000 shares on the third anniversary of the Approval Date.
- Fulfilling Africa West's obligations under terms of the Kanweaken
Mineral Exploration Licence, which includes:
o Payment of annual renewal fees of USD$ 5,000 on or before June 9,
2010;
o Payment of annual rental fees of USD$ 12,355 on or before June 9,
2010;
o Incurring of expenditures of a minimum of USD$ 123,550 on or before
June 9, 2010; and
o Satisfying all ongoing requirements and obligations under the
Kanweaken Mineral Exploration Licence to keep the property in good
standing.
