Relentless Resources Ltd. ("Relentless" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:RRL) is
pleased to announce that in order to accommodate demand, its previously
disclosed non-brokered private placement offering of up to 2,666,667
"flow-through" common shares at $0.30 per share, has been amended to increase
the gross proceeds from up to $800,000 to up to $1,000,000 through the placement
of up to 3,333,333 "flow-through" common shares at a price of $0.30 per share.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur later this week.


Closing of the private placement is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange (the "Exchange"). All securities will be subject to a four month hold
period in accordance with Exchange policies and applicable securities laws.
