"REIT") (TSXV: NXR.UN) is pleased to announce that each of the
matters set out in its management information circular dated
May 14, 2018 (the
"Circular") for the annual meeting of unitholders
held on June 22, 2018 (the "Meeting") was approved by the
requisite majority of unitholders.
Each of the trustee nominees listed in the Circular was elected
as a trustee of the REIT. Voting results for the individual

Release date for second quarter results and results
call
The REIT also announced today that it intends to release its
financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018 before the opening of the TSX
Venture Exchange on Wednesday August 22,
2018.
Management of the REIT will host a conference call at
1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on
Wednesday August 22, 2018 to review the financial
results and operations.
