New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") announces that due to significant investor demand it has increased the amount of its non-brokered private placement to up to 3,600,000 flow-through units (the "Units") at a price of $0.24 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $864,000.

A portion of the private placement may close in January 2011.
