Meadow Bay Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE: MAY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Dinning as Chairman and interim CEO. Mr. Dinning is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience specializing in the junior mining industry. Mr. Dinning is currently Chairman of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp (NYSE/TSX:PZG) operating in Mexico (San Miguel) and Nevada (Sleeper Gold Mine) and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ATC). Mr. Dinning brings a wealth of expertise to the corporation including a long history in mining and oil and gas sectors and will attract market ready gold opportunities to the company.

Mr. Ed Claggett has resigned as an officer and director of the corporation.
