Inter-Rock Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IRO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Glenn Holley to the position of Vice-President of Engineering. Mr. Holley is a mining engineer whose background is uniquely suited to Inter-Rock's business. He was most recently in a senior management position with an industrial minerals business in Nevada. Prior to that, he was the construction manager and then manager for Inter-Rock's Daisy Gold Mine in southern Nevada.

Mr. Holley will be based in Winnemucca, NV and will work directly with Mr. Keith Belingheri, Inter-Rock's Vice-President of Operations. Together they have over 50 years of combined experience in successful mine operation and development in the western United States.
