results for the second quarter of fiscal 2010 on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at
approximately 8 a.m. (Eastern time). 


H2O Innovation will hold a conference call at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern time), on the
same Tuesday, February 9, 2010 to review the results. The call will begin with a
presentation by Frederic Dugre, President and Chief Executive Officer of H2O
Innovation, and Annie Lemieux, Chief Financial Officer of H2O Innovation. A
question-and-answer period will follow.
