H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:HEO)(ALTERNEXT:MNEMO:ALHEO), a complete water treatment solutions
company providing custom designed water treatment systems along with operating
and maintenance solutions, today held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
at the Cafe-spectacle of the Palais Montcalm in Quebec City.


Shareholders re-elected the following directors to the Company's Board of
Directors: Philippe Gervais, Chairman of the Board, Frederic Dugre, President
and CEO, John G. Booth, Andre Duquenne, Elaine C. Phenix, and Richard Hoel.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP/s.r.l./s.e.n.c.r.l., Chartered Accountants, was
appointed as auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
