Professional Water Technologies ("PWT") have recently obtained new or renewed
approvals in England, Wales, Scotland and Israel. Leading products from PWT have
also obtained kosher certification.

SpectraGuard SC(TM) approved for use in England, Wales and Scotland

PWT's SpectraGuard SC(TM) liquid super concentrate antiscalant for reverse
osmosis and nanofiltration membrane filtration systems has recently been
approved by the Drinking Water Inspectorate for use by a water supply company
for public water supply in England and Wales. SpectraGuard SC(TM) also received
the corresponding approval for use in public water supply in Scotland.
SpectraGuard SC(TM) is a high-performance 11x concentrate chemical pretreatment
that controls inorganic scale, metals and colloids in reverse osmosis feedwaters
while reducing membrane scaling tendencies and minimizing membrane cleaning
requirements. These approvals now allow PWT to market the SpectraGuard SC(TM) to
operators in all of Great Britain, a sizeable new market for PWT's flagship
product.


SpectraGuard(TM) approval for use renewed in Israel

The Department of Environmental Health of Israel's Ministry of Health as
recently renewed the SpectraGuard(TM)'s approval for use in reverse osmosis
systems for the production of drinking water. This renewed approval is valid for
five years and allows PWT to continue to serve its long-time customers in
Israel-which include some of the world's largest water desalination plants-and
pursue the development of new client relationships.


All PWT membrane pretreatment products certified kosher

PWT's line of membrane pretreatment chemicals-antiscalants, biological fouling
and organic fouling control products-have also been certified kosher according
to the Jewish laws. Kosher certification enables the water produced by reverse
osmosis and nanofiltration systems using PWT's products to be consumed by
members of the Jewish community. In addition, it allows for the water produced
by systems using PWT products to be used in the food and beverage industry for
the production of kosher certified products but also to be used as process water
by companies in many other industries where kosher certification is a
requirement in the production process.


These products, and more than 15 PWT products in total, also comply with
ANSI/NSF Standard 60 requirements for drinking water chemicals and have obtained
UL certificates of compliance.
