H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HEO)(ALTERNEXT:MNEMO:ALHEO), a Canadian company specializing exclusively in water technology, today held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders in Quebec City.

Shareholders have re-elected the following directors to the Company's Board of Directors: Guy Goulet, Chairman of the Board, Frederic Dugre, President and CEO, Elaine C. Phenix, John G. Booth, Andre Duquenne, Philippe Gervais and Richard Hoel. Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton LLP was also re-appointed as auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. Shareholders have approved a resolution to change the Company's name by removing the date (2000) from it to become "H2O Innovation Inc.". This change is effective as of today.
