For the first time in its history, the GLOBE Series, returning to Vancouver
March 26-28, 2014, will feature a series of special activities hosted by
GreenAngel Energy (TSX VENTURE:GAE) to promote the development and
commercialization of innovative green technologies.

Sponsored by Deloittes along with the National Research Council-IRAP, the
Vancouver Economic Commission, Foresight Cleantech Accelerator, GLOBE Series,
the BC Innovation Council, BC Bio Energy Network, Simon Fraser University,
NSERC, TMX and other partners, GreenAngel Energy is helping innovative Canadian
companies gain access to investors and to explore areas of common interest and
collaboration with potential business partners.

The GLOBE PowerHaus Pavilion will host more than 30 emerging and growing BC
companies seeking financing and customers for clean technology solutions that
could change the world. For the three days of GLOBE 2014, the Powerhaus Pavilion
will feature opportunities for technology innovators and early stage companies
to make "Power Pitches" to investors from around the world including angel
investors, venture capital companies and corporate investors.

With a networking "Power Hour" at the end of each day and opportunities for
one-on-one business matching meetings organized by Foreign Affairs and
International Trade Canada with members of incoming business delegations from
around the world, and facilitators from the British Columbia Ministry of
International Trade on hand, the Powerhaus Pavilion will be the 'go-to' BC
Greentech booth at Globe.

"The PowerHaus Network was created in 2013 by SFU, NRC, and GreenAngel Energy to
provide capital and management to emerging green-tech ventures," says Mike
Volker, Director, SFU Innovation Office. "GLOBE 2014 gives us a chance to
