FISSION ENERGY CORP. ("Fission "or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: FIS) announces that it has received written notice to terminate its Option Agreement with Great Bear Resources Ltd. (formerly Great Bear Uranium Corp.) on its Duddridge Lake property as a result of not being able to comply with the terms of the agreement. Fission retains 100% interest in the Duddridge Lake property.
