Limited (TSX-V: EQG) ("eQube" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce the appointment of Michael D. Kahn as the Company's new Chief
Financial Officer ("CFO").
Mr. Kahn has extensive capital markets, and mergers and
acquisition advisory experience, gained as an investment banker
with Morgan Stanley Canada, TD Securities and Kensington Capital
Partners. Mr. Kahn has also served as a director of a Capital
Pool Company and a private financial services company and has
hands-on experience providing strategic and financial consulting
services to early stage public companies. Mr. Kahn earned a
Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill
University in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration
from the University of Western Ontario
in 1995.
