Centiva Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CVC) ("Centiva" or the "Company") advises that trading in its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") was halted on July 5, 2011 at the request of the Company.

As previously disclosed in a press release dated June 30, 2011, Centiva intends to complete a reorganisation by way of plan of arrangement and a financing for gross proceeds of up to $3,500,000. Certain other transactions are also contemplated in connection therewith such as a name change and changes to its board of directors. Centiva will apply to the Exchange to reinstate the trading in its common shares as soon as possible following receipt of conditional approval from the Exchange for this reorganisation.
