Canada Fluorspar Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CFI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Coombs, B. Comm. CMA, CGA, MBA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Coombs has 12 years experience in the mining industry, having worked in various financial management capacities with Endeavour Mining, Xstrata, Falconbridge and Noranda. He began his career in Newfoundland and Labrador working for Fisheries Products International. Paul received his Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative) Faculty of Business Administration, from Memorial University of Newfoundland, his Masters of Business Administration from Laurentian University and is CMA and CGA certified.
