Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CDC) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Investor Cubed
Inc. ("ICI") under which ICI will continue to provide general consulting,
investor relations and marketing services to Cadillac. The agreement is
effective from November 27, 2012 for a one year term. ICI provides specialized
investor relations and business consulting services to a select group of leading
Canadian small cap companies.


In consideration for the services to be provided by ICI, Cadillac has agreed to
pay ICI a monthly fee of $5,000. In addition, Cadillac has granted 1,320,000
stock options (the "Stock Options") to ICI to acquire up to an aggregate of
1,320,000 common shares of Cadillac at a price of $0.11 per share for a period
of two years. The Stock Options will vest in equal tranches after three, six,
nine and twelve months from the date of issue. All options previously granted to
ICI have been cancelled.


ICI's appointment as an investor relations consultant of Cadillac and the
granting of the Stock Options remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
