C2C Names Mr. Richard Brouillard as Chief Finance Officer

Yves Gagnon, president of C2C Gold Corporation Inc. (TSX VENTURE:
CCN) (the "Company" or "C2C"), is pleased to announce the
nomination of Mr. Richard Brouillard, C. A. as Chief Finance
Officer of the Company. Mr. Brouillard is actually general manager
of Petronor a company distributing oil products in the north of the
Quebec province. Mr. Brouillard was active at the executive and
financial levels of a number of companies and also as a consultant
in financial management for numerous diversified corporations.
He will put his management expertise and his sound business
administration experience to maximize C2C's investment results in
Ecuador. Lets note that Mr. Brouillard was VP Finance 0f Espalau
Mining Corporation 12 years ago, when this company was active under
Mr. Gagnon leadership to acquire the Paraiso-Pambil property. On
April 9th 2009, C2C awarded 100 000 share purchase options to Mr.
Richard Brouillard. These options are exercisable at a price of
0.10 $ per share for a period of two years.
