Candelaria Mining Corp. Received Environmental Permit for the Pinos Project

Candelaria Mining Corp. (TSXV:CAND) (OTC PINK:CDELF) (the
“
Company”) announces it has received authorization
of the Environmental Impact Assessment (MIA) for its Epithermal
gold Pinos Project located in Zacatecas, Mexico. The regulator
(SEMARNAT) has outlined the environmental protection programs
required during construction of the project which are normal and
in-line with expectations. Furthermore, the Company
previously received authorization for the Change of use of soil
permit (ETJ) for this project.
Curtis Turner, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company states, “We are pleased to have received the necessary
permits for Pinos project. This completes an important step which
will provide us with an option on further developing this project
which is low capital and could provide cash flow for our
organization. We will continue to determine how to advance this
project within our portfolio of projects in the Company.”
Project overview
The Pinos Project is located in the municipality
of Pinos, Zacatecas state in north-central Mexico near the town of
Pinos, Zacatecas. The Property lies 405 air-kilometres northwest of
Mexico City and lies 67 km west-northwest of the city of San Luis
Potosí, 113 km east-southeast of the city of Zacatecas, and 85 km
northeast of the city of Aguascaliente. The Company currently owns
60% of the Pinos Project.
