Asian Mineral Resources Announces Management Changes

Asian Mineral Resources Limited (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ASN)
announced today that Rob Guest will be stepping down as President
and CEO and that board member Lai Fook Hoy has been appointed as
interim President and CEO. As well, Choo Mun Keong has been
appointed Executive Chairman.
In announcing the changes Choo Mun Keong commented that "On
behalf of the shareholders, I wish to record our thanks for Rob
Guest's contribution to the Company and its Ban Phuc Project in his
capacity first as Director General of Ban Phuc Nickel Mines and
subsequently as President and CEO of the Company. Fortunately for
us Lai Fook Hoy has the required experience to ensure the smooth
operation of the business while we find Rob's successor."
