Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Keek Inc.

TORONTO, CANADA--(Marketwired - Mar 7, 2014) - Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announces that on March 6, 2014, as a result of a reverse take-over by Keek Inc. ("Keek") of Primary Petroleum Corporation, it acquired ownership of 38,786,027 common shares ("Common Shares") of Keek representing approximately 11.3% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Keek as of March 6, 2014. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at March 6, 2014, an aggregate of 52,823,527 common shares of Keek, including the Common Shares, representing approximately 15.4% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at March 6, 2014. Of these totals, Pinetree Capital owns only the Common Shares.

These transactions were made for investment purposes and Pinetree or its joint actors could increase or decrease their investment in Keek depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
