March 17, 2020, Telaria, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Telaria”), issued a press release announcing that due to the
emerging health concerns relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Telaria’s stockholders will now be able to virtually
attend the previously scheduled special meeting of stockholders on March 30, 2020. The full text of the press release issued in
connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
