The board of directors of Strategic Global Income Fund, Inc.
(NYSE:SGL) (the “Fund”) has set Friday, January 15, 2016, as the
record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote
at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on Monday,
March 28, 2016. The matters to be considered at the annual meeting
are (1) the election of one class of directors and (2) a proposal
to liquidate the Fund.
