SRA International Awarded $25 Million Contract by Department of Homeland Security

SRA Touchstone To Provide Coordination, Collaboration and Analysis
Services to the Office of Emergency Communications FAIRFAX, Va.,
Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International, Inc.

commercial clients, today announced it has been awarded a contract
with the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Office of
Emergency Communications (OEC). The contract is valued at more than
$25 million over a three-year period, including a 10-month base
period and two one-year options. Under this contract, SRA
Touchstone will provide the OEC with strategic and project
management consulting services including governance development,
communications and outreach, performance management, organizational
strategy, and policy analysis. Touchstone supports several of OEC's
primary activities: implementing the National Emergency
Communications Plan, assisting 56 U.S. states and territories to
implement their DHS-approved statewide communication
interoperability plans, and coordinating with the Federal Emergency
Management Agency on the Interoperable Emergency Communications
Grant Program. "DHS recognizes that interoperability is best
addressed through coordination and collaboration with emergency
response stakeholders across disciplines, at all levels of
