SRA Announces New Vice Presidents

Inc. (NYSE:SRX), a leading provider of information technology (IT)
services and solutions to federal government organizations, today
announced the promotion of two vice presidents in the SRA
Touchstone Consulting Group and the appointment of two vice
presidents in the SRA Spectrum Solutions Group. SRA completed the
acquisition of Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc., a provider of
strategic consulting services, in 2005. Touchstone now operates as
a separate, dedicated unit within SRA, and as a result of the
ongoing integration of responsibilities, the following promotions
have been made: * John M. Miller -- Vice President & Director,
Operations, SRA Touchstone Consulting Group Miller will direct
marketing and business development, contracts, communications,
project-related IT, and administrative services functions for the
SRA Touchstone Consulting Group. He was a co-founder of Touchstone
Consulting Group, Inc., and served as deputy director of the
company's defense and intelligence business unit. * Craig Bambrough
-- Vice President & Director, Defense and Intelligence
Strategies, SRA Touchstone Consulting Group Bambrough will lead the
SRA Touchstone Consulting Group's work for defense and intelligence
community clients. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2002 as the
Deputy Commanding General of the Army Reserve Command, where he was
responsible for leading several major Army Reserve transformation
efforts. SRA completed the acquisition of Spectrum Solutions Group,
Inc., a leading provider of enterprise solutions to the federal
government, in November 2005. The SRA Spectrum Solutions Group
operates as a dedicated unit within SRA, working with the Company's
Defense; Civil; and Command and Control, Communications, and
Intelligence Sectors to deliver enterprise solutions to SRA clients

Sidhu has extensive experience in strategy formulation, corporate
planning, and business management. * Sonu Singh -- Vice President
& Director, Enterprise Systems, SRA Spectrum Solutions Group
Singh will lead marketing and business development, sales, and
delivery of the SRA Spectrum Solutions Group's enterprise service
offerings. He was co-founder and president of Spectrum Solutions
Group, Inc. Singh has more than fourteen years of professional
services experience working with multiple business sectors
including government, manufacturing, financial services, and
