SRA Awarded $12.7M Contract by GSA in Support of the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission Company to Provide Information
Assurance Services and Solutions FAIRFAX, Va., May 5

solutions to federal government organizations, announced that it
has been awarded a contract by the General Services Administration,
Federal Technology Service Center for Information Security
Services, to provide a broad range of information assurance
services to support the Securities and Exchange Commission's
(SEC's) IT security program. The task order, awarded under the
Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 2 Innovations
(CIO-SP2i) contract, has an estimated value of $12.7 over five
years if all options are exercised. Under this contract, SRA will
work with the SEC's Office of Information Technology to develop and
support a comprehensive and cost effective IT security program.
Specific responsibilities will include developing an IT security
architecture framework that comprises security plans and policies;
providing a training and awareness program to facilitate compliance
with the IT security architecture; and developing a compliance
monitoring and enforcement program to ensure SEC security
objectives and federal security laws and regulations are met. SRA
services will include security architecture, audit, and technical
consulting; security policy review and development; compliance and
oversight; awareness and training; and system security and risk
