sources and doesn't purport to be a comprehensive list.
Tesoro (TSO) said Wednesday that turnaround maintenance at its
Golden Eagle refinery in Martinez, California, continued. The work
at the FCCU and alkylation unit was moved up to start in early

for 40 days.
Tesoro also said major turnaround at its Salt Lake City, Utah,
refinery will begin in the first quarter of 2010; turnaround at its
Mandan, North Dakota, plant will begin in the second quarter, and
the Kapolei refinery in Hawaii will undergo turnaround maintenance
in the third quarter.
Valero Energy (VLO) Wednesday reported brief maintenance to
repair a leak at Complex 3 in the West Plant of its Corpus Christi
refining complex. A company spokesman said the work had no material
impact to production.

in Quebec, Canada, was shut following an early-day fire on Tuesday.
Restart timing not yet clear.
Suncor Energy (SU) will start planned maintenance at its
Commerce City, Colorado, refinery on February 28 starting with the
No. 2 crude unit; the unit will restart on March 3. The No. 1 crude
unit will start planned work on March 6 and will return to service
on March 22. And a cryo unit will shut for planned maintenance on
March 20 and restart on April 4. Reformer unit maintenance has been
