Shell Oil (RDSB) Monday restarted Hydrodesulfurization 2 Unit at its Deer Park, Texas, refinery following planned catalyst change and maintenance, a filing to Texas state environmenatl regulators said. The unit was taken out of service to facilitate the work on January 13.
