Nice,no temptation on earlier pop to mid 38's?Definitely, but once the option premiums picked up I figured I'd take $1 for a few weeks investment.
AND - I think it stands a good chance of hitting $40 by then. If I'm wrong, I'm in at a fairly low basis. I didn't want to hold through the earnings annoucement, but I'm more than comfortable being in at my current cost.
In another account I did trade in & out today though.
For those who may have missed the (impressive) CC, check it out here:

And lets not forget that little dupont rumor could resurface, looking to take some long when dust settles, small thou, u looking at calls i assume? Dupont rumor, eh? No cut at you, but I think that kind of stuff is invented by desperate longs. Dupont has denied it, I believe, rather than not commenting.
I had sold at $43+, but bought back in this morning after the conference call. I mostly do covered calls, so I sold the March $40's.
What about you - are you out or in? Are you a trader in PPO or an "investor"?

One is Polypore (PPO), a North Carolina-based company that makes sophisticated filters and separators for use in lithium-ion batteries. According to analyst Craig Irwin at Wedbush Morgan, Polypore supplies the separators for the iPadβs li-ion battery (Polypore hasnβt confirmed this). Irwinβs revelation last week gave shares of PPO about a 10% boost. Cabot Green Investor subscribers bought Polypore in June, making the Apple connection a welcome bonus to what we already saw as a compelling investment.
Thatβs because lithium-ion batteries are the next generation of batteries that will eventually all but eliminate the lead-acid battery we use in most applications today. Li-ion batteries can be more fully charged more often than lead-acid batteries, lose their charge more slowly when not in use and are generally much lighter for the power they can store than comparable lead acid batteries. In the iPad, li-ions offer over 10 hours of operation on one charge, by some accounts.
