Daniel Evan Cohen is associated with Apollo Management, L.P. ("Apollo Management") and its affiliated investment managers, including Apollo Management VIII, LLC ("Management VIII"). This report does not include any securities of PlayAGS, Inc. (the "Issuer") that may be beneficially owned or held of record by Apollo Management, Management VIII, any of the other Apollo investment managers or investment advisors affiliated with Apollo Management, or any entity directly or indirectly managed by Apollo Management or any of their respective affiliates. Mr. Cohen disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities and this report shall not be deemed an admission that Mr. Cohen is the beneficial owner of, or has any pecuniary interest in, such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose. // Mr. Cohen resigned as a director of the Issuer effective November 17, 2022.
