& Co. Inc. ("Oppenheimer") – a leading wealth manager and
investment bank under Oppenheimer Holdings (NYSE: OPY) – today
announced the appointment of Senior Institutional Equities
Salesperson, Jerome Sheehan. Sheehan
will be responsible for equity research sales coverage of the
firm's largest institutional money manager clients in certain
Midwest markets and Canada to
expand Oppenheimer's presence in these strategic regions.
Sheehan brings over 15 years of institutional sales experience
to the Firm. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at
Stifel Financial Corp., where he managed the Cleveland office and oversaw institutional
accounts in Ohio, Detroit, Toronto and several other key markets. His
strong connections in growing markets, coupled with his deep
expertise, will enable Oppenheimer to better leverage the Firm's
existing research and corporate-access assets to better serve its
clients.
